Shipping within Greece

Orders are shipped throughout Greece via our cooperating courier service, provided that the order has been confirmed by telephone. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation call from us. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, customers will be informed prior to shipment of any additional charges that may apply according to the courier company’s current rates.

Biliris Beekeeping is not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by the courier company.

 

International Shipping

Orders can be shipped to all countries within the European Union.

Orders are shipped via ELTA (Hellenic Post) using registered or priority mail. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment until delivery. Before completing your order, you may contact the relevant department for information regarding the applicable shipping costs.

 

Shipping/ Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Order confirmation is always completed by telephone and is followed by the shipping process. Delivery time depends on the destination area or country. For central areas within Greece and provided there are no unforeseen circumstances, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after the parcel has been handed over to the courier company. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery times may be longer depending on the location. For international orders, estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days via ELTA.

In all cases, Biliris Beekeeping makes every effort to ensure the best possible customer service, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal service.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If an order has been completed, the customer may cancel it after contacting Biliris Beekeeping, either by email at bilirishoney@gmail.com bilirishoney@gmail.com or by telephone at +30 211 012 8900 / +30 697 808 7435. Cancellation is possible only if the order has not yet entered the shipping process and has not been dispatched by us.
