RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers are required to check the products upon delivery to ensure that they correspond to their order. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us by email at bilirishopney@gmail.com or by telephone at +30 211 012 8900 / +30 697 808 7435, stating whether you would like to exchange the product for a different size or replace it with another product.
Customers have the right to return products within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, undamaged and unaltered in any way. All original labels and packaging must remain intact and attached to the product. Any product returned must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. If any of the above conditions are not met, the return or exchange cannot be accepted.
